Fee on ad spend
A percentage of the amount credited to your ad account. The rate depends on the platform and on your total monthly spend across all accounts you hold with us.

The middle tier is 30% off the base rate. The top tier is 50% off. Tiers are reviewed on the first of each month and apply automatically. Above $100k per month, or on committed volume, your manager can quote a custom rate.
How the fee is charged
The fee is added on top of the top-up, so the ad account is credited with the full amount. At a 2% rate, you send $10,200 and the account is credited with $10,000.
What is included
Account provisioning, a dedicated manager with 24/7 support, balance tracking, and invoicing on request. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums and no hidden exchange margins.
Top-up processing fee
Covers payment processing on small top-ups. It is charged per top-up, not per month, and is the same for crypto and bank transfers.

The ad account is credited with the top-up amount in every case. Amounts are in USD; ask your manager for EUR and GBP rates.
Common questions
Are there setup fees or monthly minimums?
No. You pay the fee on spend and, on top-ups under $2,000, the processing fee. Nothing else.
Is the processing fee charged per top-up or per month?
Per top-up. It applies once per top-up under $2,000 and is free from $2,000. Larger, less frequent top-ups cost less in fees.
How is my volume tier calculated?
From your total monthly ad spend across all accounts you hold with us. Tiers are reviewed on the first of each month and discounts apply automatically. No need to negotiate each time.
Do crypto and bank transfers cost the same?
Yes. The fee schedule is identical for both. Crypto usually settles faster than SWIFT.
Can I get a custom rate?
Above $100,000 per month, or with committed volume, your manager can quote a custom rate. Ask before you start.
